ORDERING

You can place an order very quickly by adding the items you like to purchase in your shopping cart and checking out by entering you address and processing the payment.

Please note that for orders outside the EU, prices exclude and customs and clearance fees.

 

CHANGING AN EXISTING ORDER:

In order to get your things to you as soon as possible, we process your purchase as fast as we can. We only have a very short window of time to make changes if you decide after receiving your order confirmation that you changed your mind or realized you made a mistake. Please email info@fransjoy.com right away with the subject line "Change/Cancel order #."

 

PAYMENTS:

You can opt to pay via all major credit cards, Ideal and PayPal.

You will be directed to the appropriate payment provider's page to complete the payment for each purchase. Your order may only be processed and shipped once the payment has been successfully processed.

 

SHIPPING:

You will receive a follow-up email with shipping information as soon as your order is sent, which will enable you to follow your package.

 A package will be automatically returned to us if delivery is unsuccessful.

 Shipments in the EU for items above 250 euro are free. The cost of returned shipments is for the customer.

 Shipments to countries outside of the EU will be charged to the customer. Shipment fees for transport outside of the EU could vary depending on the region.

 

RETURNS:

If you would like to return any or all of your orders, please use the return label that came with your package. Put it in the box. For any returns, do use the return label that we have given. Our customer service team can be contacted at info@fransjoy.com to request return labels (Subject: Return label request, Order#.).


Please make sure the item is in acceptable condition. When being returned the item should be clean (free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume residue), unused and undamaged and with all labels. Upon receipt of your returned items, processing and inspection may take two to three days.

 

REFUNDS:

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return your goods. Immediately after checking the returned item we will activate the refund process. The refund payment will be submitted via the same payment method used for purchase.

Once we have checked your returned items, we will immediately initiate the refund process. All refunds use the same method of payment that was chosen for the original payment. The payment service provider will determine the exact date the money is credited to your account or credit card.

 

EXCHANGE:

Items can be exchanged if the desired product of exchange is available. Please state clearly on the return form which item you desire to exchange.

 

COMPLAINT:

You can contact us at info@fransjoy.com with any complaint. If possible, please provide photos of any damaged product.
