Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to FRANSJOY’s webshop on fransjoy.com (in the following referred to as the Webshop), covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with FRANSJOY. It is recommended that you go through these terms and conditions completely before placing an order. It is important for you to review the terms and conditions before placing any orders on the Webshop, since they may change or be updated often.
As soon as we verify your order and send an order confirmation from FRANSJOY to the email address you provided, a legally enforceable purchase agreement is made. FRANSJOY will send you an email to let you know if an item runs out of stock before the Webshop updates the status accurately. After that, we might recommend a different item or cancel the problematic order and give you a refund. If FRANSJOY suspects fraud or acts that resemble it, including using someone else's credit card without authorization, it has the power to reject or cancel a purchase agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and free from guardianship in order to place an order in the web shop.
PRICES
The prices listed in our online store represent the entire cost (VAT included); they do not, however, include possible processing fees or delivery charges.
PAYMENT
The currencies specified in the Webshop can be used for payments. Credit or debit cards, Ideal, or PayPal can all be used to make payments.
FRANSJOY retains the right to verify the authenticity of the card, the address of the cardholder, and the ability of your account to handle a full charge. FRANSJOY retains the right to reject a transaction.
DELIVERY
Purchase orders are accepted and processed by FRANSJOY in the order that they are submitted to the webshop. The day the item is available for pickup is the delivery time. Delivery usually occurs between two and five business days (Mon-Fri) following FRANSJOY's acceptance and confirmation of your order. DHL Express typically delivers international shipments within 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri).
To ensure that you are aware of the cost before completing the order, all shipping charges will be included in the purchase order.
PACKAGING RETURNED DUE TO UNDERDELIVERY
We have the right to charge you a fee that covers the full cost of shipping and processing if a purchase that we send you is returned as undeliverable. Items that are not collected are typically not covered by the return policy along with the returned order.
DELAY
If there is a delay in processing your order, you will be notified as soon as possible and given a revised estimated delivery time. This notification must arrive no later than 30 days after the order was placed. If you are not comfortable with the revised delivery window, you have the option to cancel the order. If the new delivery period you requested for your delayed order has been approved, but it hasn't arrived after 15 working days. You can always contact our customer support team to cancel an order. In the event that you decide to cancel the order due to such a delay, we will reimburse you for the money you paid in advance. In the event that the order has already been shipped, returning the requested goods is required to get your money back. We'll cover the return shipping expenses.
TRANSPORT
All sent goods are covered by FRANSJOY's insurance. Please notify FRANSJOY (info@fransjoy.com) and the postal agent where you collected the box right away if you find any damage to it before opening it. Items broken in transit are replaced at no additional cost by FRANSJOY. Should you discover damage after opening the box, kindly refer to the guidelines for returns, damages, and claims.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Within 14 days of the delivery date, you always have the right to return things. Only with FRANSJOY's suggested returns service, as detailed below, are returns free of cost.
Items must be returned with all seals intact and in nearly the same condition as when they were sold in order for the return to be accepted. This does not apply if the items were altered or damaged as a result of any action required to inspect them or if there was another incident unrelated to the customer.
We advise you to only use FRANSJOYS's chosen postage labels and returns service because, until the item reaches us, you are financially responsible for it. If you would rather use a different delivery service to return your goods, please make sure that the package is shipped via an insured, traceable method and that you retain your shipment receipt.
After the item is returned and received by us, FRANSJOY will reimburse the purchase amount as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days. Using the return label that is included in your package, returning the item is free of cost. Kindly adhere to the given directions.
The money will be sent back via the original payment method you used.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
FRANSJOY ensures that all products are meticulously checked through our quality control procedures before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid the emergence of damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item despite this is damaged or otherwise defective, we will replace your item with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available. If a new item is not available, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You are asked to always examine your received products at the time of delivery and notify us right away if there are any damages to your order.
After the returned item is received by FRANSJOY and we have determined that it is damaged or otherwise defective, we will issue a refund as quickly as we can, but no later than 30 days. Keep your receipts saved at all times. The money will be sent back to the original payment method you used.
COLORS
The colors shown in the online store might not be exact replicas of the colors found on the clothing. Various factors, such as your computers or phone's screen, graphic card, and computer settings, can affect how the colors appear on screen.
